i suffer from anxiety.i am not calm in my mind.my psychiatrist told me it is ocd but i think it is sad as well.i feel all eyes r on me wen i enter a room full of people.wen i am in a gym i feel everyone is looking at me,i suffer from insomnia too.i constantly hv a dull right side headache.i am unable to concentrate due to this.i sleep in a particular position-i bend my knees and sleep wit a pillow between my legs.i lack emotional security.i am hvng argentum nit and sanguinaria can as suggested by muy homeopath since 1 week but no relief.
