Sir,
My son aged 7 years has some problems in his school.

some symptoms we recognised are :
1. He is unable to express his views at normal speed.
2.He is unable to pronounce some sounds.
3.Sweat in the head region during his sleep time.
4.Growth in height and weight are slow.

But he is active.

Suggest me some remedy.
