My daughter is 20 yrs old she use to trouble me a lot but two yrs back I got her admitted in school. She is happy in school but at home she troubles me she makes various sounds and harms herself by biting her hand etc. she does not sleeps in the night . She is on medication but still of no use. In this case what should I do Dr. I am not able to control her.

I want to cure my son, He has autism/none verbal/ very hyper/
I don’t trust any treatment any more!
Michael is 8 years of age and nothing has worked,
How can I know your treatment will work?

Am just speaking my mind, please try not buying clothes that have a lot of fiber that knots up, children do not like the feel of this type of fabric after it is washed.
Try red lights in their room so they will sleep better. Limit electronics at least two hours before bedtime. Read with your children without distractions, let them read the same page after you read it. At the end of each chapter or small book ask them simple questions, maybe one question from each page. They need chores and regular routines. They need time outs but if they do not mind, no physical discipline. Tell the child to use his words when they want something. Be kind but firm when they need help. Keep things consistent.

My son is 21 years old celebral Plassy child with Mental Retardation. He is autistic and having repetitive behaviour such as clapping and moving neck. Would you help him in his autism please. His speech has not developed but he understand the hindi language perfectly and at present he is going to special school in New Delhi.

Sir,
I have a son who was diagonised as Autistic son at the age of 3.5 years from Manipal. sir, form that onwards me and my wife strugled a lot to make him aware of the things aroud him. Now he is 14 years of age. He responds to all our commmands and does the work as we dictate him. He also does his daily toiliting works by himself. Now from past 2 years he has started to tear his clothes and other cloths available. sir, we are not able to controll or educate him in stopping this behaviour. Sir, please advice us on this matter and also help us to develop his sleeping habit as he sleeps very late at night.Sir, is their any medicine for controlling his hyperactivity, sleeping habit, making un-necessary sound, etc.
