Recently I have had an xray of my cervical spine and the findings are: “There is early cervical spondylosis at the C5/6 level with small osteophytes encroaching on the right intervertebral foramen at this level.” Would homeopathy be good for me? If so, what’s the best homeopath medications and/or treatment? If not, what can you suggest?

i have cervical pain on my back side and nech, on my hand muscle (byseps) and my hand and my fingers also has been tight during any taken items like bulti, water of mug, and during excersie period…. i have so many taken medicine from doctor like homopathy, ayurvedic, english medicine but dont relife for long time…i have facing this problem atleast three months…. so please help me in this regard as soon as possible..
