sir, i have been suffering from cervical spondylosis since last year. I have got very painful headache which develops from the neck and spreads at the back of the head.just tried several painkiller but of no help.plz suggest some remission.

I am suffering from cervical spondylosis since last more than six years. I am having
neck pain at times and stiffness after sleep. Recently started having pain in shoulders and both upper arms. Normaly I can move my neck soulders and arms in all directions with feeling of bearable pain but some time all of a sudden have seavere pain in right upper arm like electric current. Most of the time have heaviness and light pain in neck , shoulders and both upper arms.
I am also having pain and stiffness in fingers of both hands which becomes worse after sleep. I am doing various exercises regulerly prescribed by orthopedic Doctors for cervical spondylosis Yoga and Pranayam.
I am now 72 years of age, very healthy with high will power and faith in GOD.
My main problem is not being able to concenrate on mentle work due to constant
heavyness and pain in neck and shoulders and arms. Pl advise .
