iam 72yrs.i have constipation .the stools are soft but the quantity is very less and i have to strain to evacuate even this small quantity.

i m suffring from nightfall last 2 years.
it occure 2 or 3 time in a month nd i m feeling very week.
have one more problem i m very slim means week i want my body make strog nd some fat pz tell me some medicine.

Hi Doctor,
My daughter is 2yrs &8 months old and having constipation problem since her 6 months of age> Still she is having the same problem. Kindly advice.
