It gets agrevated by consumption of meat, chichen etc. I drinkk 2 glasses (600 ml) warm water in the morning. It is followed by about 500 ml of weak/not boiled tea. I go to tiolet atleast 3 times in morning. First time it is very hard Secondt ime it is semi-solid Third time it is liquid. Yet there is no satisfaction. Some times I take Isabgol. I take 1 tablet Zinetac 150 every day, before dinner. I tale one tablet Preslor (for BP) in night+ 1 tablet Zenia 12.5 (for BP) in morning Kindly help I am suffering from constipation.
