They are helpful for only short period. In order to pass stool, i have to drink a lot of water to exert pressure, it works sometime and sometime does not. I have noticed that if i eat fruits and vegitables continuously,they help me a little bit. Sometime i pass stool after 2 or 3 days and eventhen not completely. Due to constipation, i have foul/bad breath from mouth and i avoid sitting among my friends. It has really disturbed my life. If it continuous i might be affected by piles because i have some symptoms.
