left side above naval point od abdomin is slight burning sensiation at one fixed place.while sleeping no sensiation.after taking tiffen stomach feels heavy,full and feels hard.1cm width,6cm length approx part on abdomin burns.normal endoscope result,fatty lever in ultrasound.what is reason for burn even no ulcer.

RESPECTED SIR
I AM SUFFERING FROM STOMACH BURNING, NEAR HEART, HEADACHE, VOMITING SENSATION, SWEATING IN PALMS AND SO MUCH BODY WEAKNESS AND GASTEIC PROBLEM TOO.
PLEASE SIR SUGGEST SOME SOLUTION SO THAT I CAN GET SOME RELIEF FROM THESE PROBLEMS.

Sir,i work in Finance & Accounts Job , and i dont take diet at regular intervals, and i found tht when ever i smoke , i get this vomiting sensation and lot of flum comes out. So i stopped smoking , but the biggest problem , from childhood i have stage fear and get very nervous when i face now , but now a days the intensity is getting higher , i get this vomiting sensation , which makes me very weak tht i can hardly walk and also due to which i loose my appetite, which leads me to a hospital.This has gone so far , even i wake up in the night , the feeling i need to go to the office and i need to get ready in one hour gets me the vomiting sensation , so plz help me , is there a treatment for this or do i need to go to a psycologist , plz i cant live my life like this. Help me .
