I have been experiencing regular problem in my stomach from last one year, Like stomach pain after some meal, loose motion, Excessive Gas trouble. Gas trouble is one of the major problems with me. Some times it is so excessive that it start causing other problems like- 1. Pains in my ankle, knee, knuckles, back and hands 2. Excessive headache Some one told me that there is term called “Dharan” might create some problem. Message in lower portion of stomach will give me relief. It gives me but for some duration only Even when I lift some weight, my stomach gets upset. Please advice I am 36 Years old.
