I am a allergic rhinitis affected person. A sudden exposure to cold from hot, give me full time cold and fever. In winter my hands and feet became too cold and in summer too hot. Dear Dr Sharma. I would appreciate your recommendation in which remedy to take. I have sensitivity to cold including eating and drinking cold drinks. I make a lot of phlegm from these things and really hate the winter and any kind of cold air. I cannot eat yogurt or ice cream. Orange juice can give me a cold and sore throat. In fact I have noticed vitamin C tablets also do the same thing. My ears are extremely sensitive to cold air and can ache from the slightest of cold air and I have headaches. I wear hats or if it’s warm I put cotton wool in my ear if there is slightest chill in the air. Can you help?

I have a constant problem when the weather change or when I have contact with whater ( I excercise in the pool) good for artritis and lumbar, but when the weather change I star to feel the sensation of getting a cold, week, shivering and sore throat. I am about 34 yrs & suffering from cold sensitivity since last 20 yrs. I feel severe pain in nose,head & ear with simple exposure of a.c &_cold drinks.periodic use of antihistamine,nasal steroid works for little. Hence necessary treatment may pls be given.

I can’t sit where there are Windows opened in cold /damp weather . So award at work. Everyone wants a window opened and I can’t beat it. The cold goes into my bones. Have I bad circulation/I would take anything for this condition. It seems I might have to retire. Other than that I have great health. I’m 55. Any suggestions. Thank you so much

Have been chronic patient of dyspepsia since my childhood, with acid making. Now for last about 15 years have also become very sensitive to cold (extreme climates dot agree) slight expose to cold or a draft incapacitate me for days together. Though no Coryza since last 30 years, after I had once which continued for 2/3 months and had taken quite a lot of antibiotics. Since then no Coryza, mucus memberens dried up.
After slight expose to cold, even staying in open air makes me sick. Loss of sleep, or frequent waking, heavy Ness in extremities, body, dullness etc.
