I am in perimenopause and have severe migraines ( had them before I went into perimenpause), I go to a dr that specializes in migraines, but not the perimenopause. He treated my menopausal by being put on birth control to help and it mad them worse and I gained almost 25lbs, which didn’t help the depression. what can i take to help the migraines, preimenpause and is going to help with depression, hot flashes and my migraines. I am aged 34.I get severe headache,oneside…it can be from eye to temple,or rightside behind the head…pain is very very severe.I am suffering since 5 years but its been troubling me everyday since last 6 months.I am looking for permanent cure.I am sure it is migraine…unless it is something else.I have done MRI and its normal.I take english medicine as SOS…but sometimes they dont work at all…

Hello, I have had severe migraine headaches for the past 30 + years and they are getting progressively worse.I have multiple triggers, the biggest ones being, continuous hunger every 2 hrs even after having a full meal, am putting on weight due to the constant eating. I am 48yrs old and am, I think going thru my menopause. Other main triggers are; period pains, with nausea and vomitting; migraine bought on by sitting in the wrong positions, oversleeping, lack of sleep; food triggers ie, soft drinks, yeast, MSM, etc; irritability; tension; stress; etc, etc,.
Recently, a friend told me about Mag Phos & Kal Phos, which I personally feel have alleviated some of my irritability, and about 50% of the severity of my headaches! So I wld like to further find out abt other biochemical cell salts or homeopathic remedies you cld perhaps recommend for a complete cure if possible pls. I have been told abt Nux Vomica 30c for the hunger trigger / Cocculus Indicus and Chionanthus Q for my postal problem, to help improve my migraines further. I am having headache in rightside sometimes in leftside also. And it is last 15 years. whenever something happens against my expections or I feel bad or get highly angry. Headache started. I feel to put ice on my headache area i.e. rightside or left whatever it may be. Because that place was getting very hot, I can feel it, if I put my hand on it. I have also acidity problem. i am a 27yr old girl.i have severe headaches at times. its actually due to skipping a meal or delaying my meals for 1/2 an hour or 1 hour. i have very horrible headache. i could get out of bed when it starts . i could raise my head due to extreme severity of the headache thats is on the right side of my head(near to the top of the head). even if i vomit out everything then also the headache won’t stop.
Last time i had a headache that started at around 2:00pm then at 4pm my head started paining severely. i vomited. and then also it didn’t stop. i was on lying in bed from 4pm to until the next morning wen it was 8:30 in the morning .i could not even stand at the time of the pain.
