I am 48yrs old and am, I think going thru my menopause. Other main triggers are; period pains, with nausea and vomitting; migraine bought on by sitting in the wrong positions, oversleeping, lack of sleep; food triggers ie, soft drinks, yeast, MSM, etc; irritability; tension; stress; etc, etc,. Recently, a friend told me about Mag Phos & Kal Phos, which I personally feel have alleviated some of my irritability, and about 50% of the severity of my headaches! So I wld like to further find out abt other biochemical cell salts or homeopathic remedies you cld perhaps recommend for a complete cure if possible pls. I have been told abt Nux Vomica 30c for the hunger trigger / Cocculus Indicus and Chionanthus Q for my postal problem, to help improve my migraines further. I wld greatly appreciate it if you cld pls let me know if this is the correct way to go forward? And it is last 15 years. whenever something happens against my expections or I feel bad or get highly angry. Headache started. I feel to put ice on my headache area i.e. rightside or left whatever it may be. Because that place was getting very hot, I can feel it, if I put my hand on it. I have also acidity problem.
