I have constant cold going on throught the year. My left nostril gets blocked most of the time. I sneeze sometimes. I am very sensitive to hot spicy food. I get nasal discharge immediately as soon as I eat. When I wake up in the morning, I sneeze and have to blow my nostrils for some time. basically I liked your article, from that I am thinking I come under 'Perennial Allergy’ .
