I am 43year old.I am suffering from disc slipped problem from 20 years.I got problem in L4, L5,and from last two years my L3 and S1 disc are too affected..! Iam in a great pain..! please suggest something.

Hi Dr
I’m 48 and my lumbar vertebrae has compression prblm as a result of squash playing. I suffered with pain on left leg mainly on the thigh cos of referred pain frm lumbar region. Wen I lie down n get up the pain is quite excessive but after 5min it goes away after using ice packs on lower back and thighs. Its like this from 1Jan2012. Please help me!
