Skin allergy & homeopathy
It is now an accepted fact that homeopathy works miraculously for skin disorders, and skin allergies are very effectively treatable with homeopathic medicines. Even if the skin disorder is chronic and has been in the body for many years, the biggest advantage that homeopathic treatment has is that it can completely eliminate the allergy from the body, so that the symptoms do not keep coming back again.
The big question, however, is: “Why it is so that homeopathy is successful in treating skin allergies?” The answer lies in the medical fact that in skin allergies the problem does not lie in the skin but in the body’s immune system which becomes overactive.
The efficacy of homeopathy is due to the fact that it takes a holistic view of our body and does not treat the skin as a single organ. It believes that such skin allergies are a part of our disturbed internal state and allergies on the skin are a representation of the disturbed state. The medication is aimed at removing the internal cause or the internal pollution which has resulted in the skin becoming hypersensitive.
Homeopathic philosophy strongly believes that the treatment of skin disorders by applying ointments, creams, etc, is suppressive in nature and that the disease needs to be treated from within the body, or else it will reoccur or change its shape and appear in some other form.
Skin allergies can vary greatly in the type and intensity of symptoms. They can range from a simple rash to a condition where the skin all over the body is intensely inflamed, with severe itching all over and the oozing of watery fluid. Skin allergies broadly incorporate two types of problems: atopic dermatitis. and contact dermatitis
Atopic dermatitis is a chronic skin disorder categorised by rashes that itch and are of a scaly nature. People with this kind of skin allergy often have a family history of allergic conditions like asthma, nasal allergy, or eczema. It is more common in infants, and 50 per cent of all cases are all-right okay by the age of three years. In adults it is a chronic problem that keeps coming back. The symptoms include intense itching, blisters, rashes more on face, behind the knees, folds of the skin, etc. The most common allergens are eggs, peanuts, milk, fish, soy products, and wheat, dust mites, mold and pollen.
Contact dermatitis is a kind of skin allergy where the reaction develops when the skin comes in contact with the allergens (allergy causing substances) or the irritants.
Twice in the last 4 years I have been laid out 24hrs after playing golf each day being unusually hot, but on each occasion never had any clue to an infection….but 28 hrs later fainted and then hit by rigor before I could get to the Dr.
who put me on anti-biotics until four days later my right foot and calf became swollen and red. I was rushed to Wexham Hosspital for intrvenous injections for a week – eight weeks later I still have discomfort but walking is no problem.
How do I prevent this in future – there was no clue as to where I was bitten on either occasion or what caused the problem? How common is it for golfers?
Your advice would be welcome but I do not require treatment at the present time.
Good afternoon. First off I completely believe in homopathy and I strongly disagree with perscription meds. My son is 3 years old and it seems that every month he get a mucus cough. It seems to only bother him when he is laying down; therefore I seem to think it is related to his sinuses. His father complains about the same cough this winter (he has a different house) so then I’m thinking is it somthing in his house (mold). I would greatly appreciate a response from you. If I could find a natural cure for him I would be so greatfull. Thanks for your time.

The above mentioned information is quite satisfactory. I have a problem relating to this skin allergy. Whenever I take any Anti-biotic drug, due to exigency, allergy forms to my penis(soreness of the upper skin with red rashes at the head of the penis). I am in very much trouble due to that. Is there any permanent solution ?

My 6 year old daughter have atopic dermatitis.It started with a small patch on her body just 1 month after her birth.Now the skin is very dry and sometimes very itchy ,especially after bath.It is more in the foldings of legs and hands.Can u pls suggest a remedy .

I came across your website. A year ago, it started with a patch at the back of my shoulder which itches every now and then. as it didn’t bother, i took no notice of it but earlier this year these patches beginning to spread over my back. it became itchy when the weather is hot or when i am working out. Then i started noticing that my face has a few patch as well whenever i took certain food. It came and go. I suspect that i had food allergies then so i went for a skin test and the test shown that i am allergic to shrimps, cocoa, dust & dog. I am currently on anti-histamine – Telfast 180mg, 2tablets a day to surpress the redness. it’s under control but when i reduce the dosage to 1 tab a day. it didnt work.
I am now seeking for alternative remedy. Hope to hear from you.

My grand son 5 years of age is suffering from skin allergy right from his birth. He is allergic to milk, soya, peanuts and methi etc including all milk products and eggs.
He scraches his body when slightly over heated or he gets angree. feels better in air conditions and cool weather.

I am aged 64 and suffering with BP since last 17 years ( using CONCUR 5 mg in the morning and CARDACE 2.5 mg during night) and Diabetics from last 3 years ( Using Glyciphase 500 SR twice a day and 7.5 mg Polypropazole.But both are under control and gives normal results for BP and Blood Sugar including Hbca 1.
