    Hi Dr Sharma,

I’m writing on behalf of my wife , Margaret, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in April 2019 by a neurologist in the UK.
She takes pramipexole medication presently . She does regular and daily exercises which include a number of routines for balance , stretching, etc .
Her right arm / hand has a tremor and she has quite a stiff right leg meaning her walking is a little impaired .
I feel that pharmaceutical medication isn’t the answer but also aware that Parkinson’s is probably incurable ? Is there anything that you can suggest she does or changes . Thank you
