I am an Ayurvedic doctor practicing for 30 years. My age is 64 years.
Ten years ago I undergone surgery for Inguinal hernia.
Three months back, after some stretch I develop pricking pain, whenever I bend forward. I get pricking, stabbing pain the right abdominal area around the scar tissue. If I slightly press the scar area and make the move, there is no pain. On pressing there is no pain. There is no sign of inflammation. There is no recurrence of Hernia.
(I had developed the above complains four or five years back also, but after two or three months it vanished without any treatment).

I am starting from the beginning.5 years back my mother fell down accidentally and started suffering from a serious tailbone problem.we consulted immediately with the doctors..the MRI report said that there is an injury in her tail bone.taking nerve pain relievers and pain killers since then..in the meantime she started suffering from dental pains..we took her to the dentist and the dentist extracted her tooth due to tooth decaying..after the tooth extraction she started suffering from dry socket..and this is relapsing everytime whenever the tooth get extracted. she suffers from dry socket and now the pain has gone to such an extent that whenever there is any problem in her teeth burning sensation all over her head and body starts..burning,tingling, needle and shooting pains are all over in her body..we consulted with neurologists.they are saying this is a case of trigeminal neuralgia..prescribed many medicines from Gabapentin group but all the medicines are of no use.we are in big problem..my mother is a very lovely person full of life..she is very down to earth and a very educated and dignified person..pls save my mothers life..the doctors are misguiding us..now we dont have any faith on aloepathy..pls suggest any medicine from homeopathy that can bring relief to my mothers pain burning pains..we are loosing hope…she is 66 now..she is suffering a lot..pls help us out…we want to save her…

A year ago I suffered with a protruded disc in my back which pressed on my root nerve causing permanent damage, leaving me with a condition known as Drop Foot. I am taking 300mg Gabapentin during the day and 25mg Amitriptyline at night. I have numbness in my left foot around my ankle and suffer tingling and burning (pins and needles) at night and my foot sometimes is very cold. I can’t bear any cover touching the toes of my left foot so it is very difficult to sleep. Would Hypericum and Ledum Pal be of help to me?

My mother has had tremendous shooting pain, tingling, burning and numbing in her feet due to neuropathy in her feet for about 10 years, getting worse in the last 5 years. She is 72, full of energy, talkative, hyper, non-diabetic, has lived in a very stressful marriage with a verbally violent and abusive husband (they are still together). She also suffers from severe insomnia and has taken drugs for years (which might have caused the toxicity in her capillaries), is prone to pulmonary and throat colds, and also has gastritis. Likes pullovers around her neck. Four years ago had surgery on her ankle after she fractured her ankle and she occasionally has pains there too. The numbing in her feet had grown from the ankles to the middle of her calf. We live in Bucharest.
