I got neuropathy of the feet after taking dixarit for migraines in 1981 & have been suicidal till I was given pregabalin in 2015 in hospital after breaking my hip through losing my balance. It was magical but my memory has been very badly affected.

Dr. Sharma, My wife has a condition called Anesthesia Dolorosa, a combination of Atypical TN, Atypical Facial pain and CRPS. She’s had it all, MVD, ablation, cyber knife, nerve blocks, botox injections, acupuncture, the works. All modern day meds, gabapentin, tegretol, trileptal etc… and all sorts of opiates. She is presently seeing a psychologist to help her deal with the pain also biofeedback. My wife has been without teeth for about two years due to meds creating rapid tooth decay. She is not a candidate for dentures as the upper/lower gums area very painful to the touch. We do know that the Cisternal Segment of the left Trigeminal Nerve is damage from previous procedures. Sometime ago we tried Spigelia but did not see any results, probably due to lack of knowledge on the dose to be used. I believe we started with the lowest doses. I wonder if you are able to suggest a remedy that might help with an electric shock sensation across my chest and inner arms, it is a symptom of the menopause and feels like all the nerves are prickling and pinging, but only for a few minutes and only at night along with a hot flush.
I have been treating the menopause for 2/3 years now, luckily I only suffer from day and night hot flushes and the weird prickling sensation, I have tried herbs, homeopathy and acupuncture, all separately, everything works for a while and then wears off and it starts to come back again.
