I have been to my me, had scans and they can find nothing wrong but sometimes especially at night and when resting the pain is very bad . I cannot lie on my right shoulder at night. What is good remedy for thalamic post stroke pain following mini stroke in thalamus. It is neuropathy pain in right hand mostly on medial side of hand last two fingers. Doctors initially thought pain was ulnar nerve neuropathy from cynical tunnel syndrome, but neurologist said it is thalamic post stroke pain (stroke in left side of thalamus), because it spreads to rest if hand at times and his nerve conduction studyveas normal in his right arm and hand.

I have daily pain, pressure, burning and throbbing at the top of my head, back of my head, base of my skull, behind ears and pain through the ears. Symptoms vary in intensity through the day and worsens in the evening. This nerve pain gives me migraine like symptoms too (watery eyes, pain behind eyes, temples). I am suffering daily for a year now. Icing helps temporarily. Is this something treatable with homeopathy?

Dr I have survived 5 roa accidents in the past 30yrs. I have what Drs call neuropathy, osteoartritis, mylitis, RA.
