I don’t have IBD. I am not celiac. I am sensitive to gluten. I take pancreatic enzymes. They really help. I avoid dairy. I also drink some volcanic ash with bentonite.
I get some days of lower back pain and then loose stool and then I feel severe fatigue all day. It feels flu-like. I have had this since 2003. Before this I never had any bowel or fatigue problems.

My mother-in-law is having problem in digestion of food. Whenever she takes food, after 2-3 hours she has to go to pass the stool (loose motion kind). Having soarness of toungue and mouth.
