What is Vestibular Neuritis?

Vestibular neuritis is an inner ear disorder in which a person feels vertigo (feeling as if a person himself or the environment is moving), dizziness, and balance issues. Then let me give and announce u about mine diseas that I’m engaged with, my neck node second is pressing spinal cord, so my right hand analysis caused and cannot hold pen with it. It’s a monthly time also I have severe pain on my left side of neck. This is my question plz, is there a relationship between my BPPV and nerve damage?
