I am using Amyline/Sencival 25mg (Amitriptline) at night and Inderal 40mg two time for head ace (migarane) since 7 to 9 years. When i stop using this medicine specially amyline i suffer in sphere head ace c0ntineously, I cannot see at light and also small voice wil hit in my head ver hard. I am Vishwjeet Sharma ,age 33 years.
I am going thru with acute anxiety when i meet anyone , I always feel that someone is bigger then me and having personality better then me with those people am unable to have my eye contact and i have to force my eyes to keep an eye contact with them due to which i keep on thinking in back of my mind that weather my eye contact is OK or not and not able to communicate with my natural way i do. and then other person feel discomfort and in back of my mind i think that what other person might think of me.
I always feel low esteemed, lethargic and sub conscious mind very fearful when i got anger or when i cry then my situation is better adn able to have my eye contact and somewhere talk to other person in natural way or myway.
