I am suffering from anxiety for past many years tried everything but in vain and more embarrassing is which causes me to urinate very often.
like if I want to travel I feel I will urinate on the way so I run to the toilet 10 times before I leave then I get palpitations, hands shivering. fear of wrong things in mind, shortness of breath, heavy head etc etc.

My wife is 65 yrs old, type2 DM, and weighs 55 kgs, height 5.4ft.She gets sudden episode of blood presuure jumping to 220/10,pulse 110 and sort of panic attacks.Alltest done,2D echo, renal renin usg,ambulatory BP monitoring, lipids profile.all are NORMAL.Her attacks starts with one loose motion and Bp suddenly jumps in 2/3 minutes.I showed her to cardiologist, physians and pshychiatrist and nobody could surely detect the problem.whenever she gets this sort of attack, I give her Tab Alphrax 0.25 mg and she gets sleep in 10 minutes and become normal, I mean bp returns to 140/78 , also pulse.The docs here suspect it is due to anxiety and wants her to take Tab Nexito on long term basis but with that she gets lots of problems , I mean otherwise a normal person become dull.lethargic, too much sleepy etc. I am in a fix and dont know wat to do.one year ago she used to get kt 3 times daily for about 6 months, then gave her homoepathic pills and she was much better.Now againit has started, last one week it happened 4/5 times.Pl guide and help me how to tackle it. I have been suffering from chronic sinusitis, which triggered anxiety than other problems. I feel restless, heart beat and panic. I feel fear even on little things i.e. swallowing food, water, for smaller gastric problem. It has badly affected my personality. I have used anti-boitic medicines for sinusitis followed by anti-dependents, but showed no results.
I am totally wondering, how to get rid of this curse (anxiety). Kindly suggest me. I feel stuffy head and pressure both sides of top of the head.

7. So may other tests
