My mother is 86 years old. She suffers from epilepsy and she has attackes once in evry six months. After the recent attack , she feels very in secure and anxious. i have two issues the first one was a severe injury through huge forceful stretches put in above my hips collapsed all my side and back muscle strength. it turned into a horrific 8 month on going injury. Now all the muscles seem to have lost their elasticity, if i exercise them they don’t respond normally. the side waist ones AND BACK ONES won’t tighten.
