I took 30 Silica 2 only but feel aggravations long afterwards. I know it worked as a piece of glass was pushed out of an old flesh wound which had been stitched up approx 12 years ago. I have low density of bones and i am taking calcium tablet and vitamin d3, vitamin b comples.
My problem is when i eat anything citric i start having pains in the bones and joints in my body.
i do not eat when i am at home..but when i go out, and eat unknowlingly.
