My granddaughter was seven years old when we got her to Dr. Sharma. She was having strong symptoms of autism and was diagnosed by Dr. Sharma on the autism testing scale to be suffering from moderate level of autism. She hardly had any speech. Her symptoms of hand flapping and other fixations were also very prominent. Respected sir, my son is 6.5yrs old. He has lack of attention. No eye contact no social circle. Never gets mix with other children, disinterest in studies. But some times he talks very intelligently. Hos MRI test was done preffered by brain specialist but his brain development is quite normal. Sir plz suggest what to do. He is ding his kg class .

my son age is 2years.we are not understanding his decease.he is unable to listen when we call with his name also,he is not hearing problem.he is unable to speeak single word.he is crying normally and he is very active and alway runing around the room.we checked at all india institute of speech and hearing centre at mysure.they told me this is autism disorder features.so we want to admit my son at mysure for speech therapy. give me your valuable suggestion to my son decease.

I couldn’t see what was wrong with the PCT strrutcue to begin with, so while I like the idea of increasing the role of GPs in making commissioning trade-off decisions for physio/surgery/hospital medicine/community care I am not a natural supporter of the bill. Governments like to remake services in their image for the same reason as business consultants always ALWAYS recommend business process re-engineering. It justifies their existence.There comes a time in the lifespan of a bill where so much political capital has been sunk into its passage, that abandoning it becomes more damaging than proceeding against the bitterest of opposition. That point has passed months ago, so expecting the government to drop it is like expecting the steak on your plate to moo.The government has very extensively consulted on the bill as the number of amendments will attest. This has involved them asking for opinion and then being roasted alive in the media by professional groups. When I read analysis by Dr Ben Goldacre that the reason to oppose the bill wasn’t because the provisions of the bill were bad in themselves, but that it made possible future bad reforms, I realised that medical professionals had become paranoid.I think equating the government’s action with homeopathy does a disservice to both the government’s position and also to the examination of pseudoscience. UK governments over the past 40 years by hook or by crook has done extremely well in controlling the cost of healthcare and keeping it universal. So well, that it is below most comparative nations in terms of cost per person in PPP and absolute terms. It has done this largely in the face of opposition from the healthcare professions. Healthcare inflation is bound to accelerate in the next 20 years and the government is entitled to restrrutcue in order to ameliorate this. Politicians are better placed to understand this than doctors and actually have less conflict of interests.

Hi I am from a town inHP .my son is 2yr n 2 mnt he is speaking but no language most of his demands are through gestures . He recognizes A to Z 1 to 10 some peom singing n understands what is said to him. I hv earlier contacted ur office 4 months back but I was suggested to wait because the case was a border line case n was not confirmed. Now my worries are he is running almost all the time sometimes aimlessly. He language delay although what ever he is saying is always meaningful he plays with other kids but only he likes the game and his sitting n calm ness is low he never likes to be in room if u r closing the door. Please guide me and if personal appointment can be fixed. He is all ready going for occupational therapy n special educatio n for improving his sitting capacity.
