Hi Doctor, I have had stress incontinance about six to eight years now. It came on quite a few years after the menapause, I started the menapause at fifty years old. I am sixty seven now I find this incontinance a problem for me in the night I have to get up at least once or twice. This cause problems with my sleeping can’t get back to sleep. If I sneeze or cough or any fast exercise or laughing, I did go to hospital about eight years ago they wanted to operate and put a tape in but could nt promise it would have to be done again.
