  1. Roland Cohen says:

    Hi Dr. Sharma,

I’m 67 and have had computer screen intolerance my whole life. It effects my eyes and my brain! I get what I call ” brain freeze” after being on for too long. It’s as though my brain function is interfered with and I can’t think clearly – sort of like a “overloaded fuse.” It’s sort of like being senile – I can’t remember words – it can last a few hours, a day, or longer. It’s as though there’s an electrical interference pattern imprinted on my brain. Like the elasticity of my brain is gone and my brain is frozen in an electrical imprint of some kind. A sense of being stuck. When it’s really bad, my intestines are quivering as well.

I also get (from computer screen) some classic eye problems such as blurring of vision, pain and sometimes feels like I have something in my eye. The eye problem usually gets better by the next day after sleeping. Oh yes, I don’t sleep well either!
