The endometrium is a tissue that normally lines the inner mucous membrane of the uterus. This tissue grows and thickens under the influence of hormones and is shed during menstruation every month. When this endometrial tissue grows in body parts other than the uterus, it is termed as endometriosis. This endometrial tissue may grow in ovaries, fallopian tubes, back of the uterus, intestines, rectum and urinary bladder. This misplaced tissue undergoes proliferation simultaneously along with the normal uterine tissue under hormonal influence. These areas bleed at the time of the menstrual period. Scarring and adhesions result in these areas. The exact cause of endometriosis is unknown, but various theories like surgical scars, retrograde menstruation explain the probable cause of endometriosis. The genetic factor also plays an important role in predisposing a woman to endometriosis. Homeopathic medicines for endometriosis play a supportive role in the treatment.
Symptoms of Endometriosis
The main symptoms of endometriosis are pelvic pain that may extend to the back and legs, painful periods (dysmenorrhoea), heavy bleeding, dyspareunia, dysuria, rectal pain, bleeding from rectum or bladder at the time of periods. Lack of energy, tiredness, anxiety, depression are also observed along with the other major symptoms. Infertility is a major complication arising from endometriosis.
Advantage of Homeopathic Treatment
Homeopathy offers natural and safe management of endometriosis. Homeopathic medicines are derived from plants and are, therefore, non-toxic. They prevent further progression of the disease. The primary aim of Homeopathic medicines for endometriosis is to provide symptomatic relief to a patient. In the process, they also treat related issues, majorly infertility arising from inflammation, adhesions, and scarring within fallopian tubes.
Homeopathic Medicines for Endometriosis

HelloI am writing to seek your advice regarding my treatment options, given my complex medical history. Here is a summary:
– Early Twenties: Diagnosed with endometriosis.
– Age 27: Started on Depo-Provera due to insufficient pain management from oral birth control.
– Ages 28-33: Underwent three diagnostic laparoscopic cautery procedures for endometriosis, revealing significant adhesions and PCOS.
– Age 34: Conceived and delivered a daughter via C-section after being off Depo-Provera for 2-3 years.
– Continued Depo-Provera until 22 months ago: Stopped due to a pharmacy issue and absence of endometrial pain.
– Age 49: Began BHRT therapy to manage hormone-related migraines.
– Age 53: Total left hip replacement.
– Age 54: MRI of the right hip for pain, revealing osteoarthritis and an adnexal cyst larger than my left ovary.
– February 2024: Stopped BHRT abruptly. Experienced menstrual bleeding after 19 months off Depo-Provera.
– Recent Tests: Negative for cancer markers; endometrial biopsy also negative. The decision was made to remove the cyst and both ovaries, with the right ovary appearing non-functioning.
– Current Situation: The doctor retired before surgery completion. My new doctor recommended a total hysterectomy, and I am undecided about cervix sparing. Experiencing worsening abdominal cramping and pain daily.
Given these details, I am seeking your guidance on the best course of action, specifically:
1. Should I proceed with a total hysterectomy, and if so, should it be cervix-sparing?Pros/Cons here, PLEASE!
2. Are there alternative treatments or pain management options I should consider in the interim?
3. Do you have any additional recommendations for managing my symptoms effectively?
Your expertise and advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. My name is Maria. I have been diagnosed with endometriosis ten years ago. I had a procedure two years ago where I was told my endometriosis has spread to other areas of my pelvis and is affecting other organs. I went to see a gynecologist-hematologist-oncologist and was told that they wouldn’t even consider a surgery to remove the affected tissue. I was also told that endometriosis stage 4 is cancer. They are not sure what stage my endometriosis is. They keep saying that only through surgery they’d be able to tell about my case. I’m currently takin Orilissa/Elagolix tablets 150mg.

My daughter had severe endometriosis for which she has recently had surgery. She had endometriomas of 6cm on each ovary and they both touching and stuck together. There was also a lot of endometriosis on the different organs and it was removed from every thing, the ovaries were cleared and the tubes were mobalised. The uterus is healthy. The surgeons were unable to remove it from her bowels as it was too dangerous do do so. She is 34 years old and will be getting married in July. Please can you recommend a medicine that will help clear away the remaining endometriosis and also prevent it from
