Respected sir, my 4 yrs old child look normal at room and outside when light is normal. But at glowing sun light his rt eye lid falls. In the morning when he gets up he can not lift rt eye lid normally. After certain tme he can lift it. In the morning it looks slight puffy and lazy. What happens? Is it ptosis? When he looks angularly he can not lift rt lid fully. Please give me a solution so that he can see into sun light.

I am 64 year old presently residing in Bangalore. I am allergic to this place as soon as I come to bangalore I develop sneezing and nose blockade for which Dr has prescribed me to take nasal spray (fluticasone) every morning with which I get relief but now a days in addition I have developed Itching in both the eyes with watery discharge.
