Respected sir, my 4 yrs old child look normal at room and outside when light is normal. But at glowing sun light his rt eye lid falls. In the morning when he gets up he can not lift rt eye lid normally. After certain tme he can lift it. In the morning it looks slight puffy and lazy. What happens? Is it ptosis? I am 64 year old presently residing in Bangalore.
