I have sacroiliac problem for the past 6 1/2 months, probably due to sitting without adequate support during a monthlong stay in our daughter’s apartment. My legs feel weak and I can’t sit or stand or walk very long. It’s usually better in the morning, but gets worse from normal bending during daytime activities. I’m almost 82 and in pretty good health otherwise. I’m working on improving my posture and doing exercises found on internet for this problem, but not a lot of improvement.
