I’m 80+. Dryness of Eyes. Treatment from at least 20 Only recently, a Rheumatologist diagnosed the disease as Sjögren’s syndrome. Since last 2 months, I have started feelings of minor joint pains and gout in thumb joints and fingers. I am a chronic patient of Hypothyroidism (having Eltroxin 75), having undergone Bypass surgery in Feb. 2004. Otherwise I have been maintaining with evening walk of 6 Kms + meditation (1 hour in Padmasan), Pranayams(45 minutes in Padmasan) like Kapalbhati, anulom-vilom, suryabhedi- chandrabhedi, bhastrika, etc. and few exercises.
Kindly suggest me Homeo remedies with potencies and timings.

I have had dry mouth for 3 years and dry troublesome eyes on and off along with dry lips for a long time in winter time.I had a respiratory condition from mid December and now can’t seem to get my strength back with each day feeling weaker by the day. June 3rd, 2022…..My sister has been diagnosed with Sjogren’s since 2015 ish. She has infusions every 4 months. Now she has a growth or inflammation around her right eye and has had an mri and opthamalogy doctor visit today, in which she was told there is a lesion or mass encompassing the back part of her eye including the optic nerve, although her nerve is still functioning properly. The Dr.s said she needs a biopsy soon. Do you have any suggestions?

My mother has been diagnosed with Sjrogens and her immune system is affecting her lungs. Doctors have her taking a medication that is Mycophenolate. She has been on it for 3 months with no improvement. She said she was better without it and it causes her anxiety, insomnia, and depression. We would like to find a natural remedy for both to help balance the autoimmune disorder and inflammation in her body. Could you please shed some light here? I have seronegative Sjogrens combined with small fiber peripheral neuropathy and secondary erythromelalgia.
