My baby who is 15 months old is having constipation issues since we started her on cow milk. So we are now diluting the milk with formula . But still she used to pass hard stools like pellet and painful. We started Giving her prunes, pears purée and Ground flax seeds . It has improved a lot. But she still have hard stool in beginning and then soft. She still strains and is painful. She arches her back and holds to something and we keep massaging her back when she is going. It is painful to watch. She is teething and she is cranky and irritable too some days.
Every now and then she has hard stools which end up soft. We are vegetarians and cow milk is important. We don’t want to completely stop it. That would be our final resort after we tried everything. But the fact that changing her diet and including prunes / pears/ flaxseed has remarkably improved the texture from hard pellet like few pebbles to a full poop with beginning hard stool sometimes , we don’t want to give up cow milk.
Also sometimes even if poop is soft she strains and looks uncomfortable. Don’t know if it gas pains or intestinal pain?
Also don’t know if it relates to this condition or not. Her skin is itchy and she itches and then there are rashes/or scratch marks from her scratching.
Can you please suggest remedies based on this description?

I have many problems, i think whatever i eat doesnt get absorbed properly except fats. Cause am always defeciet of iron which is always 11. Skin near nails keeps peeling, my nails doesnt grow both hands and foot. I have too much of dead skin and calluses around nails. My gums keeps bleeding almost every month. I suppose to be diagonised with pcos and harmonal imbalance. Also I have hair thinning, shedding , receeding problems. Hardly i have hair on my head. My child ( age 5 years) he cough alot in last 6 months around and recently we did allergy test in which we found he has milk allergy . So we stop his milk intake then his coughimg is now control.
Some more symptom when he has coughing are below:
1)i found when he runs in those time he starts cough one or two times and also when any sour toufee he eats he caught throat redness or i can say infection.
2)his coughing in the start is dry but if we dont take attention then it leads to chest congestion and infection)
So as we all aware with this age of child particularly milk intake is highly recommended so please advise is there any homeopathic medicine for milk allergy causing coughing.

Male 51, Sir I can not digest milk product. If I take curd for some days I find cold, sneezing, sinus pain. Little warm milk makes my stomach blotting, heavy ness in stomach with little headache due to gas. kindly suggest some remidies.
