Treating IBS with Homeopathy Dr. Vikas Sharma
If you have frequent bloating of abdomen, recurrent pain in your belly, and if you get loose stools or get constipated very often; then there are good enough chances that you could be suffering from IBS. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a functional disorder of the intestines; this means that it does not cause physical changes in your gut, but only affects the functioning of the intestines. Although the cause of IBS is not very clear but it is widely believed that IBS is caused by disturbances in the nerve ending in the wall of the intestines, which control the muscles of the intestinal wall. Under normal circumstances these muscles in the walls of the intestines contract and relax alternatively to push the digested food forwards towards the rectum (terminal part of the intestinal canal). These muscles work in a rhythmic and a coordinated way. But for those who have IBS these muscles start working in an erratic fashion. The muscles may suddenly start contracting in a very strong manner casing the digested food to move out in a very speedily manner leading to diarrhea and cramps. On the other hand if the contractions become slow the bowel movements become constipated. Bloating is thought to be caused by the heightened sensitivity of the intestinal wall. Even small amounts of gas can give a feeling of distension (‘full of gas’ feeling in abdomen) due to the heightened sensitivity when intestinal walls are stretched even slightly by gas.
People suffering from IBS can have their symptoms triggered by external as well as internal factors. External factors are food substances like milk, alcohol eggs carbonated drinks etc. Stress is a major internal factor for triggering and affecting the symptoms of IBS. Trigger factors can hugely vary from an individual to individual.

My english is not so good but I try to explain my problem. I M suffuring from the problem of IBS for last three years. My Doctor dignosis that I have problem of gastric gastrisis after endoscopy. My problem is always pain in left lower abdomen and more when stock of urine and gas in stouch, some time dirhea, somes times gases and also heart burn, burn in abdomen. but dirhea is not almost, sometimes after 2 or 3 months it repeats and recovers for short period after taking medicines like tablet librax, mebaspa and pentop DSR.
so plz advice me which HOMEOPATHY medicine help me to cure from this problem

I think I am suffering from IBS. I always had this gas problem but now there is heaviness in my chest.. Sometimes i am well and at times have pain in near the sternum and back ache.e . sometimes pain in the ribs. I have always been taking homeopathy medicines.. But now an Ayurveda doctor says its VAAT in the stomach that has lodged itself and we need to get rid of it. Another homeopathy doctor has suggested i have a barium test done since i am scared of doing endoscopy.. I keep beakchinh very often even on drinking plain water.Im worried. I am 63 years of age

doctor diagonsed ibs D. My problem stool not motion stool not clear .when eat rice come mouth withou bleaching right site so gas . Which food i eat my belly is full by gas or unpeach in abdomen.I was eat hpathy medicine lycopodium .sulphur.colocynth .nat phos.argent net .

I am 82 years old and very healthy female. I have no problems or medicene except for high blood pressure. I take vitamins and have since 1975.
when feeling good I still mow my yard with a walk behind lawn mower.. My b lood work is excellent. Ijust have ths bowel problem and from all the write ups I think it is IBS. It is not very bad at this time . I think I have a very low grade temp at this time and do not feel very active. I pressure wash my house and do every thing that needs to be done as I am a widow. Very active in church and quilting . Am not depressed . I believe in homeopathy to a point . . If you can help me I would appreciate it . Thank you

I am suffering from IBS, from last 5 years. I have some weird type of problem that either it is a irritable bowel syndrome or something else. Sometimes I feel bloating after food and even before food if I doesnt feel bloating so there is very minor type of mucus discharge from anus that causes smell although I didnt farted at that time. So due to this everyone starts disliking me, but I am out of no clue that how to get rid of my problem, as I am very hardworking but this mucus smell stops my success to grow and I am loosing my self confidence too. Please help me if you faced this mucus smell problem. And whenever I eat “immodium” or “lomotil” or “Entamazol DS” so I feel better for that day but I can’t live on medicine forever.
