If you have frequent bloating of abdomen, recurrent pain in your belly, and if you get loose stools or get constipated very often; then there are good enough chances that you could be suffering from IBS. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a functional disorder of the intestines; this means that it does not cause physical changes in your gut, but only affects the functioning of the intestines. Although the cause of IBS is not very clear but it is widely believed that IBS is caused by disturbances in the nerve ending in the wall of the intestines, which control the muscles of the intestinal wall. Under normal circumstances these muscles in the walls of the intestines contract and relax alternatively to push the digested food forwards towards the rectum (terminal part of the intestinal canal). These muscles work in a rhythmic and a coordinated way. But for those who have IBS these muscles start working in an erratic fashion. The muscles may suddenly start contracting in a very strong manner casing the digested food to move out in a very speedily manner leading to diarrhea and cramps. On the other hand if the contractions become slow the bowel movements become constipated. Bloating is thought to be caused by the heightened sensitivity of the intestinal wall. Even small amounts of gas can give a feeling of distension (‘full of gas’ feeling in abdomen) due to the heightened sensitivity when intestinal walls are stretched even slightly by gas.
People suffering from IBS can have their symptoms triggered by external as well as internal factors. External factors are food substances like milk, alcohol eggs carbonated drinks etc. Stress is a major internal factor for triggering and affecting the symptoms of IBS. Trigger factors can hugely vary from an individual to individual.
Homeopathic medicines are very effective in managing and curing IBS. I hace been suffering from ibs since 2 years mainly bad smell I thought smell is due to constipation if I had my bowel completely the smell would reduce but every time I go I feel like my bowel is incomplete due to this smell emitting from my body I’m unable to go out with this smell I have been using homeopathy from 3 months I haven’t seen complete cure of it now I have been taking nuxvomica lycopodum and two other homeopathy pills which doctor prescribed I dono how to overcome this problem I’m really stressed with this I want to live my life ….

dear sir, I am suffering from IBS since last 6 months when i take 2liter appy fizz drink. I am 40 year old. I am suffering from three external piles also. i am 22 years old male
i got dvt in dec 2013,.. and then t took, aspirin and asitrom for about an year,
then i suffered from typhiod in august 2014,.. then i took a lot of antibiotics..
now.. i hv a lot of gasric issues,.. and constipation problems,
my symtoms are,
1- constipation,
2 . i go to bathroom about 2 tim es in morning, 1st around 7 oclock , stool passes easily, because i take divya churan at night, then after 2 hours i feel like going to bathroom, without any pressure from stomach, i think its mental presuure.. i intake about 3 glass of warm water.. then a little amout of stool passes, hen i feel normal…
then after 2 hrs, i take my launch,.. at 12 noon…\
then after 4 pm.. i get an attack of gas…i start feeling uneasy… and feel like going to bathroom…although i dont hv any pressure for stool from my stomach, again i think its mental,.. then i drink about 3 glass of warm water.. then go to bathroom..and a littlke stool passes.. an d themn i feel nornal…
