Knee pain can arise from a number of reasons including degeneration, inflammation or injury of the knee joint. Hi, i am Ruchir, age 45 yrs old. 2-3 years back while climbing down stairs I slipped my left leg knee got hurt. Left knee got swelled and had lot of pain. However after that I am getting my knee raptured even if I try to sit with my legs folded.
