If you are sneezing quite a lot, having a runny nose, itchy eyes and/or having difficulty in breathing in this weather, most probably you are suffering from spring allergy. Spring allergy refers to a condition that occurs in March-May and affects mainly the respiratory system. High levels of pollen count are responsible for naso-bronchial allergies. Also this weather is worse for people living near farms, where it is time for wheat harvesting. Wheat threshing dust is the main culprit. People in cities also get affected by it as the threshing dust gets carried by winds to the adjoining areas.
Allergy occurs when “allergy triggers” or “allergens” (pollens, molds, dust, etc) come in contact with the mucous membranes (lining) in the nose, airways, lungs, skin and even eyes of those people who have allergies. Breathing difficulties, coughing and wheezing are very common as spring allergy causes asthma too.

I have allergy for a very long time to dust & perfumes. If I gets near to old books, dirt, dust & if someone uses perfume near me, I start sneezing and my nose starts running. My grandfather had same allergy, but my father is all right. I generally don’t take any medicine and allergy symptoms goes away automatically. But I recently moved to Bangalore from Delhi. Here my symptoms have grown. Every morning after I wake up, I start sneezing and that too continuous 5-6 blows and that keeps coming after short intervals. My nose starts running and eyes starts etching. Eyes become red and water also starts falling from eyes. For few days, I didn’t take anything, but then allergy increased. Then I took Allenil, but that provided relief only for 2-3 days. Now a days, I am taking R49 & R84 (10 drops each 3 times a day in little water) from Dr. Reckweg from last 20 days, but that too is not helping much. When allergy increases, I again take Allenil to subdue it.
Morning time is really bad. As soon as I wake up, there is some irritation in any nostril & water starts flowing & then continuous sneezing. My nose also get blocked (just one nostril, for sometime right remains blocked and after sometime left becomes blocked, while right opens up) in the morning. Please let me know if you need more info on my allergy. Is there any permanent cure of my allergy?

I am 32 years old, if age matters for medication.
I don’t have any head ache problem. But I generally have little stressful mind.

I am 22 years old I am suffering from sneezing and runny nose allergy when I sneeze once it repeats over time and runny nose.causes of allerge smell dust smoke cooking smell. I am suffering this deases since last 5 years. i am 27 years old and i am suffering with nose allergy since 2004, the problems that i am facing are
1-water flowing from nose.
2- blockage of nose.
3- when one side of nose is blocked, other will open and vise versa. While sleeping if I turn my body left side then left side nose will block and vice versa
4- allergy from environment, dust, temperature
5- light headache
6- Can’t able to get sleep early.
please suggest me proper treatment.
