If you are sneezing quite a lot, having a runny nose, itchy eyes and/or having difficulty in breathing in this weather, most probably you are suffering from spring allergy. Spring allergy refers to a condition that occurs in March-May and affects mainly the respiratory system. High levels of pollen count are responsible for naso-bronchial allergies. Also this weather is worse for people living near farms, where it is time for wheat harvesting. Wheat threshing dust is the main culprit. People in cities also get affected by it as the threshing dust gets carried by winds to the adjoining areas.

When ever I am tiuching cold water my sneezing strating.Whenever weather changed specially cold or rainy type my nose is running, sneezing start and I feel full of tiredness with redness in my face.I am having Sugar type due to genetic. I am 30 years old lady.I have recently made full body checkup in appolo chennai.But there is elergical problem. Sugar level is also little high.Bad colestrol is also high.
Now I have strated to proper diet, walking.But due to sneezing I couldnot continue Yoga.
Kindly advise me .

I am 25 yrs old .i am suffering from sneezing,running nose and itching eye when I get bad smells ,or in the cold times ,or when I sit down the fan when its cooler climate.
I have tried many maduines but its not curing.I used to take citrizin tablets when its comes ,and it cures for tat day.
Sir is there any permanent cure for this.I heard that permanent cure is in ayurveda ..

I am suffering with sneezing quite a lot. Chhik hapened 4-5 in on times. Without medicine it become ok after 24 hours. But again comes twice in 10 days.

I am suffering with allergy with dust particles when i come into the contact with dust i have taken the homeo pathic treatment for more than 3 months but when i stop taking the medicine then i start sneezing again when come to contact with dust kindly suggest is there any permanent solution for it
