If you are sneezing quite a lot, having a runny nose, itchy eyes and/or having difficulty in breathing in this weather, most probably you are suffering from spring allergy. Spring allergy refers to a condition that occurs in March-May and affects mainly the respiratory system. High levels of pollen count are responsible for naso-bronchial allergies. Also this weather is worse for people living near farms, where it is time for wheat harvesting. Wheat threshing dust is the main culprit. People in cities also get affected by it as the threshing dust gets carried by winds to the adjoining areas.

Greetings. My querry is with regards to my 5 year old son. He is been a healthy child since his birth. Only that few months ago he had viral infection with running now. With antibiotics viral was cured but the cold/running nose kept comming back every 10-15 days and I kept giving him the common cold medicine. But now from like 4 months he has a constant sneezing problem. Every time he is out of the bed he sneezes badly for an hour or so and the running nose and occassional sneezing continues for the day. Last night he is been sneezing through out the night with irritated nose and this really affects his sleep. Pl advice. We live in Dubai. I have shown to several specialists and they say it is a part and parcel of living here in Dubai and cant help much. I tried homeopathy but the Doctor restricted my little one from having milk, milk products, citrus fruits, sour and cold things. Avoiding milk and milk products was not easy, but we did it and my son loves fruits like grapes and oranges, it is very difficult to keep him away from these fruits. I dont bring them home but he goes out to play and in school he has his mouth open all the time looking at those edibiles that he loves the most. Can find the homeopath’s priscription at home or else i would have also given you the names of the medicine he took for 2 months without any visible recovery. Please please pleeeeeeeeeeeease help. its heartening to see him this way.

My allergy symptoms includes all of this include excessive sneezing, runny nose, itching in the eyes, nose, roof of the mouth .I also not inclined towards allopathy .So need to know
1). What is the permanent cure for this problem.
allopathy never solves the problem only cetrizine for temporary overcome/cure.So i am not interested in this.

I have a problem of every time nose blocking with sneezing. I feel my head is also heavy. I visited one homeopathy centre but still could not get relaxation. and I am staying in central A/C, before I was staying in window A/C house but at that time no problem at all.
