I got your reference through internet and I have come to you with lots of hopes.
I request for your opinion for my wife Jyoti Daryani, (35 years old) who is suffering from congestive splenomegaly.
Her CBC blood test report shows that her :
WBC count is between (2,100 to 2,600 cells / µL ) lower than the normal range.
Platelet count is between (56 to 61 K/µL) lower than the normal range.
Refer to CBC blood test report attached (documents report A & B1)
Upon further investigation (ultra-sonography of the abdomen and liver profile test) doctors found out that her spleen is enlarged (approx. 19 to 22 cms in size) and also she has portal hypertension. (as indicated in documents report B4, B1, B2 and B3 attached).
Her WBC & Platelets are getting trapped inside spleen, which has caused enlargement of spleen.
Finally doctor conducted her liver bioscopy (as indicated in document report C attached) and found out that root cause of congestive splenomegaly is due to chronic liver disease with micronoduler cirrhosis.
Doctors are suggesting for operation where in her spleen will be removed for ever. Further the doctor has advised that she will have to be on mild antibiotics for 5 yrs post operation.
