I am 71 year old army officer use to play golf and walk 4km. Now since last one year i have lower back ache and morning stiffness . It start paining on long walk or stand for long time. Or lift weight. In x-ray it says L4-L5gap case of isoprosis, and rhoematic. All allopathic and Phisiotherapy treatment done no results of pain relief. I have right shoulder pain and back pain for the last 6 months . During day times it is less painful but in night time more painful.
