I have suffered with Spinal Stenosis after a severe fall, for about 35 years and over time I have had 5 Epidurals which proved useful during the first 5 years but as the pain having worsened the benefit of the injections reduced. The last one was in 2018. – also had 2 MRI Scans after which I was offered Spinal Surgery. However, after several Consultations and second opinions I had to decline it. I was recently prescribed Gabapentin but feel reluctant- due to the side effects.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
