Males needing it have sexual weakness, they have increased sexual desire but lack ability to have sexual intercourse. Penis relaxes on attempting coition. They have lascivious (relating to sexual matter) fancies but lack sexual power. Secondly, it is a well-indicated medicine to treat cases of premature ejaculation. There are feeble, insufficient erections and easy loss of semen. After sexual intercourse, irritability is felt. Semen is watery and odorless. Selenium is a prominent medicine to manage cases of spermatorrhea (involuntary seminal discharges). It works well in cases having dribbling of semen during sleep.
