Beat your Climacteric Blues with Natural Homeopathic Remedies for Menopause

Homeopathic Remedies for MenopauseMenopause is a natural biological event faced by women that leads to the permanent end of menses. It is the final result of a gradual decline in the functioning of the ovaries. As women reach menopause, their periods become irregular and scanty, until they permanently cease. In some cases, there are no periods for one month or many months altogether, then appear again until they cease permanently while in others, the periods cease suddenly. After one year of no menstruation, a woman is said to have gone through menopause. Menopause usually occurs between the ages of 45 yrs and 52 yrs, although in some it may start as early as the late thirties and early forties. The symptoms of menopause are many, and most women go through a body and mind-altering period during menopause.

2. Surgical removal of ovaries may also result in menopause all of sudden. The symptoms that occur are severe because the hormonal changes here took suddenly and not gradually as in natural menopause.

3. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy to ovaries can cause menopause.

4. Sometimes there may occur premature menopause in around 1% of females when ovaries fais to produce hormones adequately.

Symptoms of Menopause

All women have to go through menopause, but it affects each woman differently. The symptoms of menopause may range from hardly any to severe ones. The common menopausal symptoms may be divided into three categories:

Don’t eat ant sugars, a don’t have any caffine, limit the amount of carbs, exercise daily..cardio and/or weight resistance, drink plenty of water. Always been slim but gained 2 dress sizes since menopause and not able to shift it. Also hot flushes about 4 times a day and 3 time nightly. Heat from the back of my waist and neck rising to my face and profuse sweating from face and head. It’s like someone has tuned on the seat warmer in my body and it is very uncomfortable. Not had a decent nights sleep for over a year now. Tried pine bark, Maca root, grape extract, vitamin D but nothing has helped with the weight and flushes. Pine bark helped with the energy levels. Would sepia help?

    Hi Dr. Sharma,
I am 48 years old. My menopause came and ended very quickly. During 2 years of Menopause I got periods only for 2-3 times only. I had some very light spotting on January 14th of this year. Also, I have been having dull menstrual cramps in the pelvic area for past few months. I got checked, the doctor said from hormones’ test I am in my menopause, but my uterus lining has thickened from 6mm to 8mm and are asking me to go for further tests. Ovaries and fallopian tubes are all normal.
Whole life my menstruation cycles were regular but very painful and had no other issues. Can you please suggest medication to return my uterus to the normal state.
    thanks
    kiran

You remind me of many of my students who really showed their intelligence through their grasp of reality and concern with things other than what is considered the norm for many your age. Don’t change your perspective on life which at this point is untainted. I foresee great things for you in the future perhaps an example of what politicians should be like,
