I have a long term big toenail fungus infection. It is opaque ( now quite short as I have cut it back a long
way) and blackish underneath. Front of toe is a little red in colour, but not pus, and no pain as such.
I also have tendonitis in my ankle same foot – and this does produce pain running up my leg. Wonder
