Treat your autumn allergy with homeopathy
Do you find yourself having a runny itchy nose, watery eyes and severe sneezing episodes at this time of the year? Just as the country?s defence forces are trained to identify the enemy and attack it, our immune system identifies the body?s enemies like bacteria, viruses, etc and eliminates them. The country?s forces never attack our civilians; similarly, our immune system ignores useful substances like food and drugs and useless or harmless substances like pollengrains, dust and animal dander. However, if the immune system goes awry and reacts to such useful or harmless substances, then the person is said to have developed an allergy. Such substances, called allergens, may be inhaled, swallowed or may come into contact with the skin.
HOW HOMEOPATHY WORKS IN ALLERGIES
Homoeopathic treatment of allergic rhinitis offers a better promise. Many such allergies can be treated permanently, though it may take one or two seasons before it is completely wiped out. Allium Cepa leads the homoeopathic table in treating this acute phase of allergic rhinitis. It is highly recommended for autumn allergy conditions with the following symptoms. Frequent sneezing, constant dripping of watery discharge; which may burn like fire, and excoriate the upper lip and wings of the nose, all symptoms are worse indoors; better in open air. It is also very effective in treating morning attacks of sneezing that come during the months of autumn. If symptoms match, one dose of Allium Cepa 30c daily can be used to treat the condition, which occurs during this period of the year. Useful tips
- * During the peak allergic weather use facemask while moving outdoors.
- * Keep windows closed to prevent pollens and molds from drifting into your home. Air-conditioning can also help reduce your pollen exposure.
- * Minimise your early morning activity (between 5 and 10 a.m.) when pollen counts are higher.
- * Keep your home?s relative humidity level at or below 50 per cent by using airconditioners. This will discourage dust mite and mold growth.
- * Carpet and flooring: allergens are easily removed from carpet and floors by regular vacuuming.
- * Kitchen and bathroom: The wet, warm conditions of these rooms provide the perfect condition for mold and mildew to thrive. Repairing leaks and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms every week with a disinfectant designed to kill mold and mildew is the best way to combat them

I was suffering from extreme allergy right from childhood with blocked nose etc. I got a DNS surgery 4 years back & am much better. However, 5 years back a strange itching started from my feet, slowly travelling up & up. Its unbearable. The moment I take a cetrizine, itching stops in 10-15 minutes. I just take 1/2 a cetrizine every alternate day.
I am 41, 6 ft tall, otherwise healthy, fit, athletic built. Can u help???

I Sumit 30 years old Guy and I am suffering from allergy of pollen and whenever season changes my problem get worse from last seven years I am getting Allopathy treatment I am using levocetrizine ,betnesol tablets n at night whenever my condition get worst I use Inhaler SEROFLO 250 ,but somebody told me about homopathy as there are lesst side effects of that medicine.I use to take steam but it also helps me a lot.

My wife suffering from sever allergic reaction of dust, house dust mite, soure edible ites, cochroach dust, animal dender, coconut like allergens last from 6 years. she has continous sneezing, itchig in eyes, buccal cavity, and other parts of body, coming out of waters from nose eyes, red rushes on the body, coughing, inflametory symptoms of trachea, asthametic symptoms etc. She is taking cetrezine and levocetrezine from long time. I am 36 yrs old.For past 2 to 3 years am suffering from a problem ,which is very irritating not getting cured ,I have tried homeopathy as well but not much help.
It start every year in rainy season and last through winter season. Every morning when i wake up I sneez (many times) and I have to clear my nose or throat continusly ,semi viscous whitish gray color liquid keeps coming, slowly it reduces and and in 2nd half i am generally ok. Interestingly I do not sneez when I am asleep, it happens only when i wake up in morning .I feel irritation and etchy ness in my nose . Even sneezing starts when there is some dusting is happening in the house. I am getting highly frustrated .

I am suffering from severe allergic rhinitis for last 5 years. It occurs mainly in February to April. It causes nasal discharge, nasal block and resultant mouth breathing. This intriduces strong cough and somwtimes wheeze when allergic rhinitis is very severe. Somehow I have a feeling that it occurs with Eucalyptus pollen as we have this in plenty in our residential campus. I have tried antihistaminics, bronchodilators as well as topical steroids. U can try to use Homeo medicine Eucaliptus-30c thrice in a day 4 drops with half cup of fresh water.
And when your nasal will block by strong cough then u can take Lemma minor-3X , 4 grain in a dose 2 times per day; morning & evening.

Iam 27 yrs old & for past 3 years i hv been suffering from allergic rhinitis. i take citrazine 25mg twice a week. i was suggested to take some homeopathic drops (reckeweg) by a friend. i have not taken them yet. all i want to know from you is that should i go for those drops or should i visit a Homeopathic doctor? Is it really possible that Homeopathy would cure me completely if so then for how long do i need t o take the treatment?
