The country?s forces never attack our civilians; similarly, our immune system ignores useful substances like food and drugs and useless or harmless substances like pollengrains, dust and animal dander. However, if the immune system goes awry and reacts to such useful or harmless substances, then the person is said to have developed an allergy. Such substances, called allergens, may be inhaled, swallowed or may come into contact with the skin.
HOW HOMEOPATHY WORKS IN ALLERGIES
Homoeopathic treatment of allergic rhinitis offers a better promise. Many such allergies can be treated permanently, though it may take one or two seasons before it is completely wiped out. Useful tips
- * During the peak allergic weather use facemask while moving outdoors.
- * Keep windows closed to prevent pollens and molds from drifting into your home. Air-conditioning can also help reduce your pollen exposure.
- * Minimise your early morning activity (between 5 and 10 a.m.) when pollen counts are higher.
- * Keep your home?s relative humidity level at or below 50 per cent by using airconditioners. This will discourage dust mite and mold growth.
- * Carpet and flooring: allergens are easily removed from carpet and floors by regular vacuuming.
- * Kitchen and bathroom: The wet, warm conditions of these rooms provide the perfect condition for mold and mildew to thrive. Repairing leaks and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms every week with a disinfectant designed to kill mold and mildew is the best way to combat them

my age is 36 yrs, i am suffering from cold allergy since last 8 yrs..I hav the main problem with cold air and dust.. whenever I get exposed to cold air or air-conditioned room, change of weather in rainy season, my nose gets blocked and feels heavy head or dull headache, fatigue body,breathing problem. i am suffering from severe nasal allergy, somedays in a week, but its very hard to spend that day, running nose, freqent sneezing, end water in eyes is problem, i have also consulted to ENT specialist, but he is saying that there is no permanent sure for this, kindly suggest what should i do, i live in mumbai right now.

my son is 8 years old having perrinial allergic rhinitis right from early childhood . his symptoms increases during rainy season and change of weather. He has to cover his head during these weathers.He is also sensitive to temperature changes.During change of weather and winters he is very sensitive to dry cold wind.His one cold starts before the other ends.Please help.

For last one year iwhen i get up in the morning i start sneezing (8-10 times) and aliquid start coming out of my nose and eyes .I have taken one medicine Monorize for three month then it was ok for some ime but it again starts . there is itching in my eyes also also and on rubbing it become red . Requested to suggest any medicine or method to avoid this situation.

The tips I wrote are for those suffering from runny nose, irritation in thoat and itchy eyes.

Everyone here who is suffering from these allergies, I wish they get well soon. Please dont get distressed and I would suggest to try some home made remedies to prevent these allergies. Here are few things which I have found very helpful and would request you all to give it a try if not already:
1. Gargle with the salted hot water in the morning and before goin to sleep. Very effective.
2. Eyetone ayurvedic drop to get relief from itching in eyes
3. Avoid the allergens dust, air in the morning. For allergies avoiding the allergens is the best remedy.
4. For me it happens during one particular season (rainy seson) of the year and started after I shifted to bangalore. Taken allopathic medicine for some time but those give only temperary relief and not cure the problem. Better to try homeopathic which is good for such problems.
5. Avoid cold drinks, cold juices and cold things. Its helping me.
6. Drinking hot water is also helpful..
Please try if this help. Even if doesnt no harm in trying.

My Wife was diagnosed with Gluten allergy last week. Her doctor maintains that there is no cure for the same and the best thing to be done is to avid food and food products having gluten in them. Dear Sir,
I am suffering from summer cold. Irritation in nose & eyes, sneezing, water from nose, one nose side totally blocks, happens only in summer and more in rainy season. I only take citrizine 10 mg 3-4 times a week. I feel my immunity system to handle hot whether and humidity. Nose is always watery. Please suggest some treament to get rid off.

now it is not there.
I think that redness below abdomen
is due to allergy only.
