Recently after having x-ray for my D.L spine there is a marginal osteophyte formation at L1 and L5 vertebra andreduced lumber lordosis due to spasm has been found out.
after walking about 1.5 km a feel pain and numbness in my right leg which starts from the scitic nerve point from the joint at upper limb of my right leg.

Sir I am suffering from lower back & neck pain since 3-4 years. I have done MRI of three portion, there are mention Reveals straightening of the lumbo sacral spinal curvature. There are small anterior osteophytes with schmorl�s nodes at L3 level. L3-L4 disc shows mild posterior bulge indenting the thecal sac. L4-L5 disc shows posterior bulge effacing ventral epidural fat indenting the thecal sac with mild to moderate compressive effect over the exiting nerve roots (R>L). Straightening of the spinal curvature with mild disc bulge at C5-C6. Please advise me treatment or other remedies.

i am facing multi level cervical & lumber problem’s , as per MRI report , i am sending you the detail
there is a small Osteophyte complex at c5-c6 level causing moderate pressure over theca & spinal cord ,
diffuse disc bulges with central predominance is seen at c6 – c7 level causing moderate pressure over theca & spinal cord .
there is circumferential disc bulg noted at L4-L5 causing pressure over theca , mild end plate degenerative changes noted at L3-L4 level .

I have had Cervical Stiffness for over 10 years. I attach Dec 2014 reports done in India. Recently movement has become restricted inspite of exercises.
