Homeopathic Remedies for Rheumatoid Arthritis
For a rheumatoid arthritis patient ,the quality of life can be severely affected by relentless pains, stiffness and fatigue. The immune system (defense system) is a complex organization of cells (antibodies) designed normally to “seek and destroy” invaders of the body, particularly infections. Patients with autoimmune diseases have antibodies in their blood that target their own body tissues, This means that in Rheumatoid Arthritis , body’s own defense cells ( antibodies, mainly white blood cells whose purpose is to fight bacteria’s and other microorganisms entering our body), start attacking the lining (synovium) of the joints. This causes inflammation in the synovium which over the period of time releases proteins. These proteins cause arthritic changes in the cartilage, bones, ligament and tendons of the joints.Although it is not completely understood, but researchers believe, that genetic and environmental factors are responsible for the triggering an attack of rheumatoid arthritis.
The reason why homeopathy is effective in treating early and not so advanced stages of rheumatoid arthritis, is the fact that homeopathy is very efficiency in treating and modifying auto immune disorders. She has following symtems, 1. most pain on first movement 2. swelling on hands and foot joint 3. fever during joint pain 4. swear pain in joints while sitting and pain increas in back while standing. 5. more effected areas are foot and hands joint.

Dr. Sharma, I was diagnosed with R.A. in summer of 2012. I found an integrative doctor who treated me with Chinese herbs and some machines (electric stimulation and an OAPD machine which helps to clear the lymph system -also ozone sauna). I have experienced much emotional and spiritual healing with her but the pain and fatigue continue to flair up. This doctor thinks I may have had this for 20 years? At least for 15 years I have had bouts of extreme fatigue and some pain in both hips and fingers (RA nodules beginning to form). I have also during this period had bouts of fibromyalgia in my upper left back. The medicine she gives me is extremely expensive. I was wondering if I might find some effective homeopathic remedy for my pain and fatigue as a helpful adjunct to what I am presently doing. In viewing all the homeopathic listings, I would describe my condition as follows: I am 61- years old woman in Kansas , USA , small stature, have been prone to emotional depression and anxiety in the past, have pain in hands, wrists, hips, elbows. Pain is worse in early morning hours in bed after being in one position for so long. I tend to overwork sometimes which flairs up pain. I tend to worry about finances a great deal. Sitting for very long causes hip pain. I often have cold hands and feet, so heat makes me feel better, but a hot bath will increase pain in hands and hips. I am most uncomfortable in cold and damp, but also when it is hot and humid. My belief in God’s love and mercy are very important to me. With divorce and alcoholism and trauma in my childhood, have suffered from much insecurity most of my life, am a perfectionist, inferiority complex, but have experienced much healing in these areas in the past few years. I am married with four grown sons and three grandchildren. I am often so frustrated because I am not able to be a help to my family and grandchildren as I would so much like to be. I am optimistic that somewhere there is a natural cure or effective treatment for all diseases, because I believe that God’s plan provides the leaves, herbs, etc. for our healing. A few other things: I have hypothyroidism, I had colitis last year but my doctor’s treatments along with a more vegetarian diet have cured that. The skin on my hands has become thin with brown spots. Many more wrinkles on my face and neck this past year. My hair and skin tend to be dry. My fingernails and toenails are ridged laterally and horizontally and have become thickened. I am pear-shaped with smaller waist and fat hips. My dental health is poor – have lost many teeth (have had several root canals). I was in bad car wreck 14 years ago , broke both legs and now have a metal rod in my lower right leg. Well, this is all I can think of. I am suffering from Rheumatoid arthritis. When consulted an allopathic medical officer, he has suggested to reduce weight at least 5 to 6 kgs. (I am 53, 168Cms and weighing 74 kgs.) and prescribed Tablets – 1)Diclofenac Colestyramine Capsules; 2) Esomeprazole with Domperidone (SR) Capsules; & 3) Glucosamine, MSM and Diacerein Tablets to be taken for a month or so. However, I have had a second opinion with my Homoeo Friend who has suggested to have Cassia Sop Q (10 drops – Twice a day – in a small quantity of water). I hope you would suggest further.

I have sero negative arthritis. My knee joints are the ones which have been affected predominantly. Right knee is more affected than left. Fingers showed symptoms of stiffness in between for sometime. I was taking ayurveda medicines for nearly 1 year. There was slight improvement. But i had a spell of irritable bowel syndrome due to which the medication was stopped. Theni tried allopathy medicine also. My wife is RA patient since 1984 now it has increased to that extent where she is now unable to even walk easily. As and when she wakes up there is a continuous rattling in her knees. It seems that her cartilage has totally damaged.
Please confirm if at this stage her cartilage can be repaired or diagnosed so that she should able to walk. She is also having a severe pain her knees.
She has already tried for allopathic, ayuervedic but no improvement at all.
Kindly confirm if she van be cured through homoeopathy.

I have had RA for years but was not diagnosed until March 2009
