Weather is known to have an effect on rheumatoid arthritis. It is quite known that arthritis patients show an increase in their symptoms during cold weather. Winters can be very bad for some of them. The Scope of homoeopathic treatment in rheumatoid arthritis is very favorable. But the patient needs to understand that the homeopathic system is aiming to clear out the disease from the body and not trying merely to suppress or give temporary relief .Thus it could take a while before one experiences relief. The time for its treatment is dependent on various factors-The chronicity of the disease (the duration since the disease has been in the body), genetic propensity and the extent of damage.

My father is having Rheumatoid arthritis from the past 10-15 yrs. We have tried all types of medicine, ranging from the disease modifying drugs such as leflunomide to ayurvedic gold treatment. However, there is no sign of the disease getting better.
Lately, his joints have started eroding and hence his movements are getting restricted.
I believe homeopathy can make things better, in case of such diseases. We even tried that once. But, that medicine contained steroids and hence we discontinued it.
I am really worried about his condition. Please suggest me any way out.

I am suffering from knee pain locking the joint of left leg. Can not walk much. Feel slight relief with pain killers but not long lasting. Appears to be a case of knee replacement. The right leg knee is also painful but is slightly better than left leg. I am taking blood pressure medicine also and little diabetic as well.
